How to Post a Freelance Listing on Code Forum

Code Forum offers a Freelance section where developers and creators can advertise their services. To ensure quality and security, certain conditions must be met before you can create a listing.

Requirements to Post a Freelance Listing​

To post in the Freelance section, you must meet at least one of the following:

  • You have purchased a listing via an account upgrade
  • You have a total of 600 forum messages
  • You have earned 20 marked solutions from other members

All listings are subject to review and may take 24–48 hours to be approved.

Option 1: Purchase a Listing via Account Upgrade ($5/month)​

If you do not yet meet the message or solution thresholds, the easiest way to post a listing is by purchasing a Freelancer Access Upgrade.

Steps:​

  1. Visit the Account Upgrades page
  2. Locate the Freelancer Listing upgrade ($5/month)
  3. Click Purchase
  4. Complete payment using the available options (e.g., PayPal)

Once your upgrade is active, you can immediately create a listing in the Freelance Section

Option 2: Earn Posting Access Through Community Participation​

If you prefer not to purchase an upgrade, you can unlock listing access by becoming an active contributor:

  • Participate in forum discussions and reach 600 total posts
  • Provide quality support in Q&A threads to earn 20 accepted solutions

These achievements will automatically qualify you for freelance posting.

Listing Review Process​

After submitting your listing:

  • A staff member will review your submission
  • Approval may take 24 to 48 hours
  • You will receive a notification once it's live or if changes are required
